MIM Project Management Focus
 
Information systems development and deployment efforts require the formalism of projects. Historically, many of these efforts have floundered due to inadequacy of planning and effective execution. This area of focus provides the formal approach needed to enhance development/deployment success.

Elective Courses
Select three or four of the following, or any T55, T64, or T81 series course/s with advisor approval:
T55-524  Managing Technical Professions
T55-534B Principles of Operations Management
T81-504D Management of Information Technology
T81-507D Information Management and Enterprise Transformation
T81-533C Network Design
T81-570  Wireless Systems: Convergence of Voice, Video, and Data
 
*If you complete the five required courses for the Graduate Certificate in Project Management, you may earn the Master of Information Management and the Graduate Certificate in Project Management. However, you must submit an application and be admitted to the Graduate Certificate in Project Management.
