MIM Management and Leadership Focus
 
Knowing how information technology can help achieve corporate goals and fulfill an organization’s mission is key to being an effective IT manager. The Management and Leadership curriculum teaches a solid base for making decisions that synchronize technological change with an organization’s long- and short-term goals. Courses in strategic management, enterprise transformation, management support systems, and managing technical professionals prepare you to take on strategic leadership responsibilities.
